In the unlikely event that you are not or not entirely satisfied, I appreciate it if you discuss your complaints about the treatment with me first. This is also agreed in your signed treatment agreement<\/a>. Coming to a solution together first is then paramount. If we cannot work things out together, you can still turn to the VBAG or RBCZ\/TCZ. A complaints officer will then assess the situation in accordance with a statutory framework and may or may not call in the Quasir disputes committee.
