Energetic therapy has been exempt from VAT since 2015. A energetic therapist is considered a complementary doctor. Doctors do not pay VAT. Our Life Coaching, Burn-out Coaching and Relationship Coaching activities are other names for Energetic Therapy. Clients usually do not search online for Energetic Therapy or Energetic Therapist.
Complaints and disputes settlement
Please refer to the information provided by the professional association VBAG. You can go there. Integrity and quality are very important to me. In the unlikely event that you are not or not entirely satisfied, I appreciate it if you discuss your complaints about the treatment with me first. This is also agreed in your signed treatment agreement. Coming to a solution together first is then paramount. If we cannot work things out together, you can still turn to the VBAG or RBCZ/TCZ. A complaints officer will then assess the situation in accordance with a statutory framework and may or may not call in the Quasir disputes committee. Within 6 weeks of voicing a complaint, Quasir will issue a binding decision. The route to court is avoided with Quasir.
