A trauma how do you deal with it? You prefer to tuck a terrible event under the carpet. We often keep this up for a very long time. We then don't get around to trauma processing. As children, we chose to park them in our 13 joints or 33 vertebrae. Or somewhere in the 6 hollow or 6 solid organs. A traumatic event can be processed after a special energetic trauma treatment. This is the best by root and branch way to process trauma and trauma therapy.

Sweeping it under the carpet does not help trauma recovery
Conscious or unconscious denial of a traumatic experience does not work. Sooner or later, the fears in your psyche and the cramping or pain in a joint, vertebra or organ will surface. Closing this off to memories of this experience can be done in several ways:
Amnesia.
You block out important parts of the event; you cannot remember it in its entirety. Fortunately, there is still a shred of thin memory to process the trauma at a later time-tip in your life. The blueprint stores it in its entirety.
Pingback.
You don't want to see anyone anymore, you don't feel like doing anything and you want to stay in bed all day. You are dejected. What's more, you don't want to see a therapist for trauma treatment either. No or little energy to spare.
Flight, avoidance or evasion.
The feeling surfaces. You don't want to feel this and you flee from this world for that reason. Addictions lurk. You do not then get to trauma processing you are fighting symptoms.
In the blueprint the whole experience is still present both in terms of image and feeling. As well as all the events and feelings within the whole pattern of life with which your soul has continuously pointed out the pain to you. The soul pain is a magnet which has automatically attracted these life events.
This accumulation of traumatic experiences within the same life pattern can eventually cause disorders such as fainting, sleep problems, irritability, palpitations, nightmares, relationship problems and dizziness. Seize trauma processing therapy!
Help in processing trauma and embracing traumatic experiences
An acute stress reaction can turn into psychosis. Then temporary medication from a psychiatrist is required to get through the first few weeks. Usually, anti-depressants and anti-psychotic drugs are then prescribed with this trauma treatment. Unfortunately, I don't always see the winding down after a few weeks of this and then medication addiction occurs. For a patient to no longer have to be in this world in terms of feeling. Many clients are anxious about phasing out this medication. This must be done in consultation with the psychiatrist. The trauma treatment has then become a suppression. The trauma treatment is not complete.
Unlike post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), acute stress reaction is transient. How does the psychiatrist/psychologist actually know the difference beforehand? This has to be revealed afterwards. In my view, all panic attacks, stress, hyperventilation and psychoses find their cause in old traumas of the client himself or those of parents or even those of ancestors. We live the lives of the seven generations before us. Acute stress disorder has a relatively light load. Discharging the feeling from the blueprint then takes only a few weeks. It is rapid trauma processing.
Trauma treatment of PTTS is only possible once the client suffers from the symptoms and may or may not be aware that it is related to a past event. By then, the water has risen to the client's lips. PTTS trauma therapy is much more intensive because the underlying emotional soul trauma is much heavier. It simply takes more consultations to get everything right. Think of sexual abuse and the consequences that manifest themselves in obesity, addictions, anorexia and suicidal tendencies. The impact on the whole being in terms of self-esteem and how the client is in life is much greater. It has had a very deep impact.
How do you deal with it as a family member or friend?
A person with a traumatic experience processes the painful event in his or her own way and at his or her own pace. Understanding for this from family and friends is very important. According to Eastern philosophy, it is not helpful to embrace the victim and have emotional conversations with them. Keep your distance. The deeper and the faster the victim processes the traumatic event. I too only talk about it during the intake. This is followed by energetic treatments at increasingly longer intervals. Being there for the client with love and understanding is necessary. So don't engage in endless conversations yourself.
So offering and continuing to offer a listening ear is not helpful. Not even if you have heard this story many times as if a long-playing record (LP) is stuck in a groove. Talking about it by the victim does not help process the trauma. Mental thinking sabotages the victim. Like a grey red-tailed parrot which says every time as soon as it sees you: Nice cup of coffee?
