Sexual abuse and life coaching recommendation
Where to start ? On the recommendation of a colleague, I contacted Jyo, what a gift. Jyo is a lovely person, listens carefully to what you tell him and does not judge you. He is very professional and has helped me with my self-image, trauma processing, my anger issues and learning to love myself.
I have a sexual abuse past and Jyo taught me to give it a place and move on with my life again.
